I spent yesterday at the Chinese visa office in London getting all my visa sorted. I filled in the application by hand, as I was struggling with the online application. This seemed to make no difference once I was there. It involved waiting around and then being seen too which only takes about 5 minutes. If you are applying for a Chinese visa, make sure you bring everything with you, and a copy of your passport (they charge you 20 whole pence for this if you forget like I did). I handed in a copy of a letter of invitation I was given by Harbin university which we are visiting and flight and itinerary details.
I am traveling to china with my university so I cannot give specific information about what we are doing, but I know we are visiting the largest tiger park in the world! Eeeeeeee
I have no idea what to pack and am still struggling to get through all the washing I have brought back from the last term of uni! I'm heading up to London again on Thursday to collect my visa and passport and hopefully do a little shopping for my trip. I SO want either some loose stripy trousers or this dreamy Zara dress, I want to try things on as otherwise I won't have time to return them!.
My very kind sister has allowed me to borrow her go pro, so I'll be taking that and hopefully filming some of my trip, as well having my normal camera. So be prepared for some photo heavy posts. Yaaaaaay
much love
